The SAFe Technique for Agile

What's the Goal of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)?

- The goal of this technique is to synchronize the alignment, collaboration and delivery for multiple small-scale Agile teams

It aims to answer the following questions:

- How do we make the company properly aim towards its goals in terms of business and technical work? How do we make better economic choices?

- How do we deliver new value on a consistent and reliable schedule so that the business can grow? How do we improve the quality of our solutions and please customers, more than we already do?

- How do we scale Agile practices to go from: team-> program-> business unit-> across the enterprise? How do we organize our people in a way that will maximize value while also avoiding the pitfalls of a traditional "hierarchy" type of approach to organization? How do we manage and or minimize dependencies within the organization?

- How do we create an environment that aids in the process of improvement on all fronts: innovation, collaboration and relentless refinement?

- How do we get people to want to work on an "intrinsic" level of motivation, finding a reason to work within themselves?

- How do we help our team(s) improve without micromanaging too much?

- How do we shift our corporate culture towards one that is accepting of failure and encourages continuous learning?
